Administrador de sucursal – Danlí

About the role

The branch administrator will oversee daily operational, commercial, and administrative activities at our Danlí location, ensuring internal procedures are followed, customers are served efficiently, inventory is controlled, and business objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily branch operations to maintain service continuity and efficiency.
• Provide customer service, handling inquiries, requests, and case resolutions related to products and services.
• Monitor sales and customer‑service targets through performance indicators.
• Manage inventory, including receipt, storage, dispatch, verification of stock levels, rotation, and product display.
• Oversee documentation, invoicing, cash closures, deposits, and operational reporting.
• Supervise and support the team, ensuring adherence to schedules, procedures, internal policies, and service standards.
• Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of facilities and equipment.
• Identify and propose improvements for operational and commercial processes.
• Perform additional tasks as required by management.

Required profile

• University degree in Agronomic Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in branch administration, team supervision, sales or similar roles.
• Experience with inventory control, invoicing, cash handling and administrative processes.
• Knowledge of customer service, sales and personnel management.
• Familiarity with agro‑pecuarian products is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
