About the role
The Junior Purchasing Agent will support the procurement team in acquiring raw materials, lighting products, hardware and spare parts for both national and international projects. The role requires close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost‑effective deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of purchase orders for a wide range of materials.
- Coordinate with domestic and overseas suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate terms and track deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records in the SAP system, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
- Support supplier performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to verify material specifications.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in national and international purchasing.
- Ability to work in the SPS area (residence required).
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP.
