Agentic Product Designer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and AI/ML specialists to create AI‑native experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives, from discovery and research to high‑fidelity prototypes and implementation.
• Develop complex prototypes, auto‑layout structures, component libraries, and design systems using advanced Figma features.
• Utilize Cursor or similar AI‑assisted design tools to accelerate iteration and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Design workflows powered by AI assistants, copilots, and LLM‑based experiences, applying agentic UX principles.
• Build, scale, and maintain reusable design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and AI/ML teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ensure continuous integration and delivery of design assets and maintain rigorous attention to detail.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional Product Design, UI/UX Design, or related experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record of leading product design from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of agentic UX, human‑AI interaction, and AI‑native product patterns.
• Ability to work autonomously, take extreme ownership, and consistently deliver 40 hours per week.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (complex prototyping, auto‑layout, variables, developer handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor or comparable AI‑assisted design environments.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability best practices.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Collaboration skills within Agile/Scrum teams and cross‑functional product groups.
