AI Machine Learning Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based assignments. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver production‑grade AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, fine‑tune and optimise AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as LangChain.
• Apply retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques and manage vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Design, deploy and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Implement MLOps pipelines, CI/CD processes and ensure production‑ready delivery.
• Document model architecture, workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to shared libraries.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to work 40 hours per week remotely and take ownership of deliverables.
