AI Machine Learning Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for an experienced AI Machine Learning Engineer to join its talent network and work on remote, project‑based assignments for U.S. clients. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver cutting‑edge AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and fine‑tune AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as LangChain.
• Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques and work with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Integrate AI solutions into production environments and ensure reliable operation.
• Document architecture decisions, workflows, and best practices.
• Build and manage MLOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and production‑grade AI systems.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and take extreme ownership of deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Ability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) remotely.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of residence; no visa sponsorship provided.
