Analista de Hiring Journey – Remote

About the role

The Hiring Journey Analyst will ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for candidates, acting as the main point of contact throughout the hiring pipeline. This remote position supports both technical and non‑technical hiring processes for BairesDev's global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, maintain engagement, and build relationships during the selection process.
• Keep detailed records of applicant information, including CVs, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews, acting as a liaison between candidates and clients, and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, and tests while keeping candidates interested.
• Collect and accurately convey the full candidate experience to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.

• Ability to connect with candidates and build rapport.
• Advanced level of English.
