About the role

The Predictive Models Analyst will turn large data sets into actionable forecasts, supporting operational decisions for cash collection and ATM management. The role combines statistical expertise, machine‑learning techniques, and data‑visualisation tools to deliver accurate, business‑focused predictions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and validate predictive models using statistical and machine‑learning methods.
• Analyze historical and real‑time data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging methodologies and tools in statistics, data analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the modeling process.
• Promote a data‑driven culture by encouraging evidence‑based decision making.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in operational, analytical or predictive roles, preferably within a financial institution.
• Proven experience implementing predictive models.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
