About the role

The Rheology Analyst is responsible for evaluating the functional specifications of final products through rheological analysis, ensuring that laboratory equipment operates under optimal conditions. The role supports quality assurance by applying ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 2200 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform rheological assessments of finished products and maintain ideal operating conditions for assigned equipment.
• Implement and promote ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 2200 guidelines throughout the laboratory.
• Conduct physical‑chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods according to sampling plans and quality manuals.
• Develop and apply technical procedures based on defined laboratory technologies.
• Analyze data from assigned tasks and propose improvement actions to the immediate supervisor when appropriate.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Residence within or near San Pedro Sula.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Familiarity with FSSC 2200 certification requirements.
• Proficiency in physical‑chemical laboratory analysis.
• Expertise in rheology testing and data interpretation.
