Arquitecto/a – Diseño y Supervisión de Proyectos

About the role

The company is seeking a qualified Architect to provide technical and operational support in planning, designing, executing, and monitoring infrastructure, remodeling, and maintenance projects. The role ensures compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budgets through detailed drawing production, field supervision, and resource coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and review architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Conduct field surveys, measurements, and develop space layout proposals.
• Supervise project execution and track construction progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project delivery.
• Assist in preparing budgets, cost analyses, and quotations.
• Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment assigned to projects.
• Produce technical reports, logs, photographic records, and project documentation.
• Monitor schedules and promptly report any cost, time, or quality deviations.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety guidelines during work execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in design, supervision, or execution of construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans.
• Experience in budgeting, quantity take‑off, and material control.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Capacity to supervise field projects and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, with good communication skills.
• Willingness to visit project sites and flexible working hours.
