About the role
The Commercial Information Assistant supports the Commercial area by processing and tracking item creation, maintenance, point‑of‑purchase (POP) materials, and e‑commerce promotions across all divisions in the Central America and Mexico region. The role also provides temporary coverage for vacancies, vacations, or short‑term absences.
Key responsibilities
- Execute established policies, processes, and procedures for item attribute maintenance, item creation, sample handling, POP creation, and e‑commerce promotions.
- Validate, process, follow up, and document maintenance or creation requests for articles and e‑commerce promotions using SharePoint and other area tools.
- Provide support to related departments by covering roles during periods of incapacity, maternity leave, seasonal peaks, or staffing shortages.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in customer‑service oriented areas.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical ability, conflict‑resolution skills, and effective communication.
