About the role

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team in Comayagua. You will support the HR department in delivering administrative and operational services that keep our people processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR area.
  • Assist with personnel management processes, including recruitment, selection, and hiring.
  • Maintain document control, employee records, and HR files.
  • Support employee relations, answer queries, and help with onboarding.
  • Coordinate activities that promote a positive climate and organizational culture.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR procedures and policies.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Interest in developing a career in human resources.
  • Good communication skills in both Spanish and English.
