Associate Billing Specialist (LATAM)

About the role

Cloudbeds is looking for an Associate Billing Specialist to support its growing customer base across Latin America. You will be the first point of contact for billing and subscription inquiries, handling tickets via email and phone while ensuring accurate records and a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to billing and subscription questions, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Process billing tickets, manage follow‑ups, and conduct exit interviews for cancellations.
• Handle delicate situations such as compensation, credit, and refund requests.
• Gather information for finance‑related inquiries and maintain accurate subscription data.
• Analyze ticket trends, suggest process improvements, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Participate in task‑force projects and assist with end‑of‑month billing activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in billing support, subscription management, or customer service.
• High attention to detail and ability to make high‑stakes decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
