Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the execution, implementation and administration of PETRÓLEOS Y ENERGÍA DE HONDURAS' brand portfolio and service‑station network across Honduras. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to translate brand strategy into effective campaigns, promotions and events that drive market share and consumer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies, ensuring alignment with PETRHOSA guidelines and market objectives.
• Support the Marketing Manager in planning and delivering campaigns, webinars, videos, sponsorships, trade‑show exhibits and other go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance across digital, ATL and BTL channels, preparing commercial presentations and best‑practice recommendations.
• Manage the marketing communications budget, create sales‑support materials, promotional items, visual merchandising and site activations.
• Oversee influencer relationships, brief agencies, and ensure creative outputs reflect brand narrative and market research.
• Coordinate media plan execution with agencies and maintain strong relationships with key communication channels.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field; postgraduate studies in Marketing, Business Administration or International Trade are preferred.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in brand management, marketing execution and event coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, manage budgets and deliver results on time.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
