Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to shape how a growing brand appears, communicates, and builds trust with a U.S. audience. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, content creation, digital presence, and customer communication, turning business objectives into a consistent brand experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and content pillars to differentiate the brand in the market.
• Guide brand communication across social media, LinkedIn, website content, and other digital touchpoints.
• Plan and develop content such as social media concepts, LinkedIn posts, blogs, educational pieces, campaigns, and storytelling assets.
• Research U.S. consumer behavior, competitors, trends, and cultural insights to continuously improve messaging.
• Use data and audience feedback to assess brand performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen awareness, engagement, and trust.

Required profile

• Experience in Brand, Content, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and storytelling.
• Proven ability to build content strategies across multiple digital channels.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate with creative, performance marketing, and leadership teams.
• Strategic mindset combined with execution capability; experience with U.S. audiences is a plus.
