Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Tegucigalpa, driving growth and expanding the client base for Musa Casa de Etiqueta. You will identify new opportunities, generate leads and build strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage lead‑generation activities and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and negotiate proposals with decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track performance metrics.
• Support strategic initiatives to strengthen market presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development and lead generation.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional environments.
• Experience in account management and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tegucigalpa, collaborate across functions and manage priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in professional services, consulting or training environments is beneficial.
