Business Development Specialist

About the role

Club Feast is seeking a high‑energy Business Development Specialist to drive outbound prospecting and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential restaurant partners, introducing our platform and securing demos. This role offers a clear path toward full‑cycle sales positions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to business prospects across various industries to introduce Club Feast.
• Book qualified appointments and product demos for Account Executives.
• Generate pipeline using phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Tailor messaging to match prospect needs and industry context.
• Log all activities and leads accurately in HubSpot CRM.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Demonstrated ability to meet activity and meeting‑booking targets.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and reliable while working remotely during US business hours.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
