About the role
The bank is looking for a diligent Cashier (Cajero) to handle customer transactions efficiently and securely. You will provide personalized service, promote commercial products, and ensure operational excellence in line with institutional guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage cash flow and perform daily cash administration.
- Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to established policies and protocols.
- Promote and place commercial banking products on a daily basis.
- Operate the Qmatic queue management system to organize client flow.
- Safeguard all transaction documents and maintain proper records.
- Use the bank’s cash handling systems to validate transactions and control system access.
- Maintain operational efficiency and productivity while ensuring the security of assigned cash.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service.
- Completed secondary education.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Qmatic queue management system.
- Experience using cash handling and banking transaction systems.
