About the role

The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for managing the maintenance document centre, supporting preventive maintenance programmes and ensuring smooth material flow within the department. The role combines document control, inventory handling and continuous improvement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the index and archive of maintenance documents, both digital and hard copy.
• Track, create, modify and coordinate preventive maintenance programmes and evaluate maintenance indicators.
• Analyse maintenance data, propose improvements and generate reports for inventory and operations.
• Digitise and enter operational variables, produce records on request of maintenance leaders.
• Receive, validate and record material deliveries in the inventory system, ensuring correct quantities, delivery times and pricing.
• Provide inventory information to meet company requirements and support material flow across the department.
• Develop and help implement process‑improvement initiatives and maintain communication with all areas.
• Follow safety, quality, 5S and company ethics standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma; technical degree in electricity, electronics or mechatronics is preferred.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Forms) with collaborative experience.
• Basic knowledge of SAP, Oracle or other inventory management systems (desired).
