Client Service Specialist

About the role

The Client Service Specialist is the first point of contact for French Florist’s discerning clientele, delivering a seamless, white‑glove experience. You will handle high‑volume inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and help clients create unforgettable floral moments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact via phone and email, embodying warmth and professionalism.
• Manage 40–60+ client interactions per shift across multiple channels while maintaining quality.
• Guide clients through product selection, custom arrangements, and order placement.
• Anticipate and resolve concerns, following Refunds, Replacements & Resolutions guidelines.
• Document every interaction in internal notes for seamless hand‑off.
• Process orders accurately using Zendesk and the order management platform.
• Schedule deliveries with precision and coordinate with shops, dispatch, and internal teams via Slack.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years experience in client service, luxury retail, hospitality or similar high‑touch environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow‑through.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Zendesk.
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace competence.
• Slack for team collaboration.
