Coordinador de Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to plan, execute and coordinate marketing and communication campaigns for our hardware and construction‑materials business. The role is full‑time, on‑site in San Pedro Sula and works closely with sales, events and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch marketing and communication campaigns for multiple product lines.
• Coordinate daily actions with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Organise brand events, activations and promotional activities.
• Supervise the creation of digital and offline content, reviewing written materials for quality and consistency.
• Support project management, monitor timelines and track performance metrics to optimise marketing actions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing abilities, able to convey ideas clearly and attractively.
• Experience coordinating sales support and commercial actions, linking marketing to business objectives.
• Proven capacity to plan and organise events, activations and promotional activities.
• Experience in project management, deadline control and multidisciplinary team coordination.
• Education in marketing, communication, advertising or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
