About the role

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will lead innovation and improvement initiatives across all Grupo Platino companies, ensuring regional integration and operational coherence among subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and execute projects that drive process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen the digital transformation of the group’s businesses.
• Ensure alignment and consistency of processes across different subsidiaries.
• Lead change management efforts to embed continuous‑improvement culture.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineering degree or a related field, preferably with experience in Quality Management Systems (SGC) and innovation.
• 3–5 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, innovation or process management.
• Proven track record in process‑optimization projects and organizational standardization.
• Experience applying continuous‑improvement methodologies and managing organizational change.
• Residence in the SPS area.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and related standards.
• Proficiency in Lean methodology.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma methodology.
• Strong background in innovation practices.
