Coordinador de Planificación de Abastecimiento

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Planning Coordinator to ensure timely, efficient and cost‑effective provisioning of products and materials in Honduras. The role supports operational continuity and service levels by planning demand‑replenishment, managing inventories and coordinating with purchasing, suppliers, warehouses and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a supply plan per SKU and location using forecasts, historical consumption, seasonality, promotions and inventory policies.
• Define and control inventory parameters such as minimum, maximum, safety stock, reorder point and coverage to minimise stock‑outs and excess inventory.
• Coordinate replenishment activities and monitor purchase and transfer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Collaborate with procurement, suppliers, warehouse and distribution teams to align on demand and logistics.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Logistics.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, logistics, operational purchasing or supply‑chain functions.
• Preferred background in retail, fast‑moving consumer goods, distribution, manufacturing, pharmaceutical or spare‑parts sectors.
