Copywriting Specialist – Remote

About the role

Voxidea is seeking a bilingual Copywriting Specialist to create persuasive, conversion‑focused content for U.S. law firms. You will work remotely from Latin America, collaborating with marketing and client success teams to deliver on‑brand messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Write website copy, landing pages, ads, and sales materials that drive engagement.
• Develop and refine email campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences.
• Craft social media posts for LinkedIn and Instagram tailored to legal audiences.
• Research client firms to adopt a voice that resonates with their target market.
• Edit and proofread all content for clarity, tone, and grammatical accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of persuasive copywriting experience for U.S. audiences.
• Fluent in English (C1+) and Spanish (C1+) – both written and spoken.
• Experience writing for legal, business, or professional‑service sectors.
• Based permanently in Latin America with reliable laptop and internet.

Required skills

• SEO basics and digital‑marketing principles.
• Ability to adapt to different brand voices while maintaining consistency.
