Corporate Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Corporate Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for our organization. Based on‑site in San Pedro Sula, you will partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure an outstanding candidate experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking and creative sourcing strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from resume screening to interview coordination and candidate follow‑up.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, delivering timely communication and a positive recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and customized interview processes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify process improvements.
• Support job postings and employer branding initiatives to attract high‑calibre professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate‑focused mindset.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
