Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent - Remote Work

About the role

As a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent at BairesDev, you will manage international travel arrangements for both clients and employees, ensuring compliance with diverse regulations and delivering seamless itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to budget requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of passport, visa, and travel regulations across multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits and compensation packages, potentially working with relocation firms or government agencies.
• Document and update processes, taking ownership and proposing improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of international travel regulations, passport and visa requirements.
• Ability to prepare cost projections and manage expense reporting.
