Creative Copywriter

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Copywriter to join our advertising agency in Honduras. You will transform briefs into compelling concepts and lead campaigns from ideation through client presentation, ensuring each piece resonates with the target audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts, strategies and copy for multiple brands across various media channels.
• Present creative proposals and campaign ideas to clients.
• Lead projects from start to finish, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Incorporate AI tools into the creative workflow to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Maintain high-quality, on‑brand messaging under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Communication, Advertising or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a creative or copywriting role, preferably within an agency.
• Excellent writing skills and advanced command of Spanish.
• Proven track record of developing concepts and copy for diverse media.
• Strong presentation abilities and confidence speaking with clients.
• Ability to lead projects, work collaboratively and thrive under pressure.
• Interest and experience using AI tools in the creative process.
• Innovative, strategic mindset focused on results.
