Credit Analyst

About the role

The Credit Analyst is responsible for reviewing and evaluating credit applications submitted by the institution's clients. The role focuses on qualitative and quantitative assessments to determine eligibility for financing while controlling and mitigating associated risks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a daily log of all incoming credit requests.
• Verify that each file contains the required documentation.
• Conduct confirmation and validation of applicant information.
• Analyze credit applications, refinancing requests, and update client credit profiles.
• Provide optimal service to the Business area’s credit requests.
• Visit clients as needed to gather additional information.
• Prepare and send resolution decisions for each request.
• Approve credit requests according to the delegated authority matrix.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in credit analysis or a similar position.
• Knowledge of financial ratios and financial statements.
• Strong analytical ability, result‑orientation and quality focus.
