Customer Service Concessions

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Concessions associate to deliver outstanding service to travelers and promote our food and beverage offerings in airport convenience stores and kiosks. The role involves direct interaction with customers, product presentation, and achieving sales targets while upholding quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient assistance to customers in concession locations.
• Promote and sell products, achieving daily and monthly sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality and brand standards.
• Process daily orders from convenience stores and kitchen kiosks, preparing requisitions for purchases, hot kitchen, and bakery.
• Receive and verify vegetable orders, confirming quantity and quality.
• Plan and distribute work efficiently among any supporting staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., accounting assistant, bachiller).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer‑service or sales role.
• Strong responsibility, organization, and methodical approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and focus on results.
