Customer Service Representative – Logistics

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its San Pedro Sula office. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely information on shipments and supporting the logistics process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of Charger Logistics’ products and services.
• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to build lasting relationships.
• Provide track‑and‑trace updates and communicate order status.
• Enter, update and process customer orders using internal systems.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments and coordinate with drivers.
• Assist customs paperwork clearance in collaboration with other departments.
• Follow established billing procedures and support the Customer Service Manager as needed.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous experience in logistics or customer service is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
