Customer Success Virtual Assistant

About the role

The Customer Success Virtual Assistant will support a Nashville‑based lead‑generation company by working internally with the Operations lead to build and run outbound campaigns. The role is fully remote and requires precise documentation and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Draw target areas, enrich contact data and set up outreach sequences in Instantly.
• Manage customer account setup and keep contact details accurate in HubSpot.
• Track campaign status, template updates and task progress using the weekly tracker.
• Send outreach, monitor results and flag items for Operations review before launch.
• Handle opt‑outs, ensure compliance and maintain up‑to‑date outreach lists.
• Communicate daily with the Operations lead via Slack and Google Suite, and document coverage gaps.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales/marketing operations, or as a virtual assistant.
• Bilingual in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and organizational habits.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work remotely with a quiet professional workspace.
