About the role

We are looking for a Customs Data Entry Clerk to join our team in San Pedro Sula. The role involves accurately entering and managing customs documentation for import and export operations, ensuring compliance with Honduran regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customs declarations and related documents into the SARAH and ASPRADCO systems.
• Update and maintain information in DUCA‑D and DUCA‑F databases.
• Review documentation before entry, verifying invoices, bills of lading and transport papers.
• Support import and export processes by handling required paperwork.
• Monitor and control documentation flow to ensure timely processing.
• Ensure all activities comply with current customs procedures and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of proven experience in customs data entry.
• Strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines.
• Responsible, organized, proactive and capable of teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the SARAH customs system.
• Experience using ASPRADCO.
• Knowledge of DUCA‑D and DUCA‑F documentation.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
