Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, implement and oversee all digital marketing activities, with a strong focus on website performance, SEO and online visibility. This role supports lead generation, brand awareness and sales enablement across B2B channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation, technical audits and backlink campaigns.
• Set up, monitor and analyse KPIs using Google Analytics and Google Search Console, providing performance reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO‑friendly, high‑quality content for websites, blogs and other digital channels.
• Manage and optimise paid media campaigns such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and Bing Ads, and oversee digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns using automation tools, tracking metrics and refining strategies.
• Oversee social media strategy to enhance engagement, brand awareness and thought leadership in the B2B space.
• Design lead‑generation strategies, work closely with sales to align campaigns with business goals and track conversions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong B2B focus.
• Proven track record developing and executing SEO strategies that drive growth.
• Experience managing paid advertising platforms and budgets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide insights.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project‑management skills.
