About the role

The Director of Entertainment Content Program will lead the creative, editorial, audiovisual and digital execution of a flagship entertainment show. The role ensures a dynamic, innovative experience across television and digital platforms, driving audience engagement and brand impact.

Key responsibilities

• Direct rehearsals, recordings, live broadcasts and special programs.
• Supervise scripts, outlines, interviews, sketches, games and presentations.
• Guide and enhance the performance of hosts, guests and talent.
• Coordinate production, technical, editorial and post‑production teams.
• Oversee editing, audiovisual finishing and versioning for multiple platforms.
• Identify and develop content with high potential for social media and digital distribution.
• Analyze audience and digital metrics to propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with editorial, commercial and channel image guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Communication, Audiovisual Production, Film, Journalism or related fields.
• Proven experience directing entertainment, interview or variety programs, especially live formats.
• Track record of leading talent and production teams.
• Strong knowledge of scripting, current affairs and popular culture.
• Experience in editing and post‑production processes.
• Understanding of digital audiences and content strategies.
• Availability for night schedules, rehearsals and special productions.
