About the role
The Senior Business Executive will focus on acquiring high‑net‑worth clients for the Private Banking division and maintaining existing relationships. The role aims to grow deposit balances, cross‑sell products, and ensure long‑term client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients that meet the Premier Banking profile.
- Increase passive balances such as certificates of deposit and accounts.
- Maintain and expand the portfolio of assigned clients.
- Cross‑sell active and passive banking products.
- Provide personalized service and meet business unit targets.
Required profile
- Completed undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or similar (desired).
- Minimum three years of experience in financial services (corporate banking, financial analysis, business intelligence, HR or similar).
- Own vehicle.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Gsuite).
- Intermediate knowledge of the national economy.
