Electrical BIM Modeler (Revit) - Full-Time Contractor, Remote LATAM

About the role

ENG is hiring a full-time contractor Electrical BIM Modeler (40 hours per week) for a growing BIM team supporting real U.S. construction projects. This is a production-focused role centered on BIM modeling, electrical documentation, drawing creation and coordination, and it is fully remote and open to qualified candidates across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Model electrical systems in Revit and produce LOD 400 installation-ready or fabrication-oriented models.
• Create electrical drawings and documentation, including schedules, view templates and sheet production.
• Model conduit systems, cable trays, lighting, power distribution, branch circuits, panels and low-voltage systems.
• Use Navisworks for coordination, clash detection and issue tracking.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on electrical BIM modeling experience.
• LOD 400 experience.
• Professional English communication (upper-intermediate or higher).
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) and within U.S. time zones.
• Own workstation ready for BIM production work.
• Candidates must be able to discuss real project experience and show examples of previous BIM work (drawings, model screenshots, Navisworks coordination, etc.).

Required skills

• Strong Revit electrical modeling and documentation skills.
• Active Navisworks coordination experience.
• Highly valued: U.S. project experience, familiarity with NEC standards, data center, semiconductor, healthcare and industrial facility projects, construction or prefabrication drawings, and automation workflows such as eVolve, DiRoots, Python, Dynamo and AI-assisted workflows.
