Energy Storage Sales Manager – Central America & Caribbean

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Energy Storage Sales professional to lead the growth of our overseas energy storage business across Central America and the Caribbean. Based remotely in Honduras, you will be the key point of contact for customers, driving contract negotiations and ensuring sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the company’s energy storage business in the region, driving sales growth.
• Lead commercial contract negotiations and pricing during project bidding processes.
• Prepare detailed product quotations, break down pricing components, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Follow up on quotations and orders, managing customer sample requirements to achieve annual sales goals.
• Maintain daily liaison with customers, conduct site visits, and nurture long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; background in international trade or a scientific field is preferred.
• Experience in the new‑energy vehicle or energy‑storage industry, preferably in sales or parts distribution.
• Proven ability to travel frequently and work abroad; overseas work experience is a plus.
• Strong competitive drive, pioneering spirit and achievement orientation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
