About the role

Join BAC’s dynamic team as a Project Specialist, responsible for planning and executing high‑complexity regional automation and digital operations projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog in line with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Monitor short‑ and medium‑term product delivery roadmaps and ensure adoption in target markets.
• Lead coordination between areas and teams, acting as a project leader.
• Evaluate operational processes, identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress and address impediments.
• Document product decisions, maintain requirement traceability, and standardize practices across countries.
• Stay updated on Pega platform capabilities to inform implementation decisions.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and integrating systems in multidisciplinary environments.
• 1‑3 years of experience analyzing system and software requirements.
• Academic background in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Certified Scrum Master.
• Familiarity with the Pega platform.
