About the role

The Labor Relations Specialist will ensure harmonious workplace relations that comply with current legislation, internal policies, and company values. The role involves managing conflicts, advising leaders, and supporting a positive climate that drives productivity and reduces legal risk.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal regulations and corporate policies.
• Monitor legislative changes and implement necessary updates.
• Advise managers on the correct application of disciplinary measures.
• Investigate labor violations and maintain proper documentation.
• Guarantee consistent, objective application of internal policies.
• Handle employee complaints, reports and claims.
• Facilitate mediation and conflict‑resolution processes.
• Recommend solutions that minimize legal and reputational risks.
• Guide supervisors on interpreting labor policies.
• Support decisions related to performance, conduct and terminations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or a related field; specialization or diploma in Labor Legislation, Labor Relations or Talent Management is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on Labor Relations or Employee Relations.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
