About the role

The Recruitment and Payroll Specialist will work on‑site in San Pedro Sula, handling the complete hiring cycle and payroll administration for a family‑owned signage company. This full‑time position supports both talent acquisition and compensation processes, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: post vacancies, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and support onboarding.
• Oversee payroll tasks: collect and validate time‑and‑attendance data, prepare payroll reports, coordinate payments, and ensure compliance with company policies and Honduran labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with training and development initiatives.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation, and collaborate with management to improve HR processes and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience with strong interviewing and communication abilities.
• Experience in payroll administration, time‑and‑attendance management, and basic HR reporting.
• Knowledge of Honduran labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
