Executive Accountant

About the role

RelayRelay Human Cloud is seeking an experienced Executive Accountant to join its finance team. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. The role requires strong analytical abilities and a solid grasp of accounting principles.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead the month‑end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all transactions and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities, presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain internal controls, support external audits, and continuously improve accounting processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and guide team members.
