About the role

We are a growing analytics company helping US‑based businesses understand their books with forensic detail. The position is full‑time and fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Central or South America while supporting a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

Categorize transactions and match deposits accurately.
Prepare invoices, enter bills, and record payroll journal entries.
Perform bank and credit‑card reconciliations for month‑end close.
Analyze numbers, identify accounting issues, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

Crystal‑clear written and verbal English communication.
Proactive, responsible, and highly organized personality.
Based in Central or South America.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
QBO certification.
Familiarity with GAAP principles.

Required skills

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Zoho Books, Waveapps, and Sage.
Experience with transaction categorization, invoicing, payroll journal entries, and bank/credit‑card reconciliation.
