Facilities Administrator – Operations & Purchasing

About the role

The Facility Administrator serves in a high‑level leadership role, overseeing the comprehensive operations of an organization’s location and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day functioning.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Purchasing Assistant for assigned sites and coordinate with building administration and external vendors.
• Manage databases for office supplies, headsets, lockers, IDs and issue company assets to employees.
• Provide and monitor OPEX and CAPEX reporting.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, sanitary/plumbing, UPS, CCTV, security‑access and fire‑detection/alarm systems.
• Monitor performance of security, housekeeping and other third‑party service providers.
• Ensure compliance with permits, licenses and government regulations.
• Coordinate space planning and office fit‑out projects, communicating with relevant departments.
• Respond to issues, perform handyman tasks and conduct regular building inspections.

Required profile

• Graduate in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering (licensed not required).
• 2–3 years of facilities management experience, including at least 1 year in the BPO sector.
• 6 months to 1 year of purchasing experience.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules and long hours when needed.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities; detail‑oriented.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple organizational levels and vendors.
