Financial Operations Specialist

About the role

Vertu Agent is seeking a highly organized Finance Operations Lead to support its U.S.-based financial services team. The role combines operational oversight with process improvement, acting as a bridge between leadership and advisors. You will learn existing workflows, ensure compliance, and help train new team members.

Key responsibilities

• Learn, document, and manage internal financial and operational processes.
• Coordinate daily workflows, ensuring tasks and follow‑ups are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Support onboarding and training of advisors on established procedures.
• Monitor team performance, identify issues, and communicate updates to leadership.
• Maintain organized documentation, reporting, and operational records.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement more efficient processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership and the advisor team.
• Take ownership of operational issues and drive them to resolution.

Required profile

• Previous operations experience in financial services, lending, banking, wealth management, mortgage, fintech, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and process management.
• Experience leading, coordinating, training, or supporting a team.
• Excellent organizational, follow‑up, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
• Preferred experience working with U.S.-based companies or teams.
• Proficient written and verbal English (C1/C2 level).

• Competitive compensation: $1,200 – $1,400 per month, based on experience.
