Freelance Plumbing BIM Specialist – Remote (Hourly)

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Plumbing BIM Specialist to develop and coordinate high‑quality plumbing system models for global engineering and construction projects. Working remotely, you will use Revit to create detailed models that meet client requirements and BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Model domestic water, sanitary drainage and storm drainage systems in Revit at LOD 350.
• Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary engineering teams and perform clash detection.
• Support BIM coordination using Navisworks and assist in model validation.
• Automate repetitive tasks with Dynamo or Python where applicable.
• Deliver model documentation and updates in line with project schedules.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using Revit on plumbing BIM projects.
• Advanced Revit skills and proven experience as a Plumbing BIM Designer/Modeler.
• Upper‑intermediate English (daily communication).
• Immediate availability and own computer.
