Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails) – Remote

About the role

As a Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails) you will lead the development of robust, scalable web applications, handling both server‑side logic and the user‑facing interface. You will connect complex backend systems with intuitive frontend experiences to ensure high performance and a seamless user journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend architectures with Ruby on Rails and build dynamic front‑ends using React or Vue.
• Optimize performance by managing PostgreSQL schemas, indexing, and query strategies.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and implement background job processing and asynchronous workflows.
• Write comprehensive tests with RSpec, manage deployments to AWS, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define architectural standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of software engineering experience focused on Ruby on Rails.
• Proven ability to deliver full‑stack applications using Ruby on Rails together with React or Vue.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design and testing frameworks such as RSpec.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS deployment and asynchronous processing.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
