About the role
The North Region Business Manager will lead and coordinate banking strategies together with senior management to achieve deposit acquisition, loan placement and cross‑selling targets across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute strategies for capturing deposits and placing consumer, mortgage, auto, credit‑card and other bank products.
- Drive cross‑selling of all banking products while ensuring budget compliance for the region.
- Directly supervise agency heads and, in a matrix structure, guide agency teams to deliver optimal service, brand image and profitability.
- Ensure all administrative activities follow established policies, regulations and processes.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Finance or Financial Administration.
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience leading teams in a banking or financial environment.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
