About the role

The Legal Operations Manager will lead multiple projects and initiatives that enhance legal processes and systems, supporting the business plans of Walmart de México y Centroamérica. This role works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to analyze legal data, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate legal process and system projects, determining required resources.
• Assemble cross‑functional project teams and collect legal data to uncover trends, root causes, and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement project solutions, establishing performance standards and metrics.
• Draft and disseminate communication plans, ensuring smooth rollout of initiatives.
• Supervise activities, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and support client‑focused business initiatives.
• Identify improvement opportunities, set goals, measure progress, and promote adaptability and continuous learning.
• Lead process‑improvement efforts: identify gaps, research best practices, benchmark industry standards, and leverage data for business gains.
• Determine training and resource needs, develop strategies, and work with internal and external partners to implement changes.
• Report accountability measures and results to senior management.
