Google Ads Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist with strong hands‑on experience to manage and optimise campaigns for service‑based and home‑service businesses. You will work remotely, handling multiple accounts, monitoring performance, and making strategic decisions to maximise results within budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for residential and small‑business services.
• Develop and implement strategies based on campaign objectives, target audiences and budgets.
• Monitor performance, identify optimisation opportunities and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Review campaign data, extract insights and make informed decisions.
• Communicate strategies, performance and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience with Google Ads.
• Experience managing campaigns for service‑based or home‑service companies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, B2 English level or higher.
