Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

PostPilot is seeking a Graphic Designer to create compelling postcard campaigns for ecommerce and consumer brands. This full‑time remote position works closely with customers and internal teams to turn brand assets into print‑ready direct‑mail creative, ensuring campaigns launch quickly and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Design postcard campaigns across a variety of industries and brand styles.
• Transform customer‑provided assets, copy, offers, and briefs into polished, print‑ready artwork.
• Advise customers and account teams on creative direction, messaging, offers, CTAs, layout, and overall campaign strategy.
• Participate in customer calls to clarify goals, discuss feedback, and explain design decisions.
• Review designs for print readiness, ensuring proper hierarchy, legibility, bleed, trim, safe areas, QR codes, URLs, and consistency between front and back panels.

Required profile

• Strong visual design abilities with a focus on print media.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, interpreting briefs, and iterating quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting clear deadlines.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate workflow without compromising quality.
