Information Technology Specialist – IT Site Support

About the role

The Information Technology Specialist will provide on‑site technical support for a high‑volume call centre. You will ensure maximum uptime for PCs, phones, agent software and related infrastructure by troubleshooting, break‑fix, and coordinating with corporate network, PBX, and application teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day IT operations support at the call centre.
• Prioritise and resolve tickets submitted through the TRAKIT ticketing system.
• Act as the on‑site liaison for voice and data infrastructure issues.
• Assist with hardware roll‑outs, desktop application deployments and client‑specific activities.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions.

Required profile

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Experience in a fast‑paced call‑centre environment using VOIP technology.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency for site‑level problems.
• Team‑player mindset, positive attitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Required skills

• Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO) management.
• Software deployment and Windows 7 system registry knowledge.
• PC hardware installation, troubleshooting and support.
• Commercial and custom software suite support.
• Network connectivity for data, voice and Ethernet, including VOIP.
